About a week out, Wickham bio expected August 25

I have gotten questions today about this being the release day. We are in the final setup phase with a couple of items remaining. We currently estimate that we should have this ready to ship between August 21 and August 25.

Another housekeeping item we must report is a change in the intended introduction which was to be written by our friend Eric J. Wittenberg. Due to unexpected personal scheduling issues, Eric was unable to participate in this effort. We have put the requests through to remove that from the listings, but it often takes several days for such changes to fully reflect. We apologize for any disappointment and confusion from this.
